Please note that all desired items must already be in the shopping cart to enable a correct calculation. Afterwards you only have to select the country of delivery and the shipping costs will be calculated and displayed. Shipping service provider
We ship our goods with different service providers to always give you the shortest shipping time and the best delivery service. Our main service provider for parcel shipping is DHL, closely followed by GLS and UPS. For forwarding shipments, we either use our own means of transport or use our long-standing, professional and regional partners in the logistics industry. Thus, we always want to guarantee you the best, most reliable and safest mode of transport for your location.
Delivery times
Our goal is to ship orders to our customers as quickly as possible. Ideally, the goods will leave our warehouse on the same day if we receive your order before 12 noon. For freight forwarding, we usually need 1-2 business days for the goods to leave our warehouse.

Due to the different service providers, products and delivery countries, we unfortunately cannot show you all possible combinations here on the site, but you can see the respective delivery times of your desired items within the item description. Once you have added all items to your shopping cart, the correct delivery time including the additional shipping time will always be displayed on the order completion page - just before the purchase is completed.

Camping chair 1 - 2 days delivery time in the article + 1 - 3 days shipping time with DHL = 2 - 5 days to your door.
Shipment tracking
Please remember that with every order you place with us, you will receive a digital shipping confirmation email when the goods are shipped. In this e-mail you will find a tracking code from the respective shipping service provider so that you can track the shipment online at any time. We want to make sure that you always receive your shipment on time and reliably.

Special features for freight forwarding
Please note that a freight forwarding delivery usually requires a weight of more than 70 kg or a girth above a certain limit. We will always send especially large deliveries protected on a pallet by freight forwarding. We will always notify you by phone or email before we make the freight forwarding delivery so that you can take delivery at the time you request. When placing your order, please always include a phone number where you can be reached so that the shipping carrier can coordinate the delivery with you.
